Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Process:

Pack the item securely, including a copy of the original packing slip, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 Working Day.
Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

3. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Refrain from using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, as they can strip away the protective laminate layer and damage the MDF underneath. Stick to mild and non-abrasive cleaning solutions.
4. Immediate Wipe-off: In case of accidental spills or splashes, wipe them off immediately with a clean, dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth if necessary. Promptly addressing spills helps prevent any potential damage to the laminated surface.
5. Avoid Excessive Moisture: While the wall decor is water splash-proof, it's essential to avoid prolonged exposure to excessive moisture. Wipe off any water splashes or spills promptly and ensure that the wall decor does not stay wet for an extended period.
6. Protect from Direct Sunlight: Direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause fading over time. If possible, position the wall decor away from direct sunlight or use curtains and blinds to reduce exposure.
7. Use Wall Anchors Properly: If you need to hang the wall decor, use appropriate wall anchors and ensure they are securely attached to the wall. Proper installation prevents unnecessary stress on the MDF and helps maintain the integrity of the wall decor.
8. Temperature Control: Avoid placing the wall decor in extreme temperature conditions, as this can affect the stability and longevity of the MDF. Maintain a consistent indoor climate to ensure the material remains in good condition.
